I can’t restore my purchased items.

If you are unable to restore MediBang Premium, please check the following information below:

  1. Please make sure that your current MediBang Paint is the latest version.
  2. Please check the purchase history of the platform where you purchased the item to make sure that the payment for the item has been completed.
  3. Please make sure that the items you have already paid for have not expired.
  4. Make sure you are logged in to the device where MediBang Paint is installed with the AppleID of the platform you purchased it from.
