I can’t restore my purchased items

If you are unable to restore MediBang Premium, please check the following information below:

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of MediBang Paint. (On Android, this method is only available with MediBang Paint obtained from the Google Play Store; the version of MediBang Paint without the alphabet at the end is the app obtained from the Google Play Store.)
  2. Please check the purchase history of the platform where you purchased the item to ensure that the payment for the item has been completed.
  3. Please make sure that any items you have already paid for have not expired.
