- Please make sure that your current MediBang Paint is the latest version. (On Android, this method is available only with MediBang Paint obtained from the Google Play Store; the version of MediBang Paint without the alphabet at the end is the app obtained from the Google Play Store.)
- Please check the purchase history of the platform where you purchased the item to make sure that the payment for the item has been completed.
- Please make sure that the items you have already paid for have not expired.
