I can’t restore my purchased items.

If you are unable to restore MediBang Premium, please check the following information below:

  1. Please make sure that your current MediBang Paint is the latest version. (On Android, this method is available only with MediBang Paint obtained from the Google Play Store; the version of MediBang Paint without the alphabet at the end is the app obtained from the Google Play Store.)
  2. Please check the purchase history of the platform where you purchased the item to make sure that the payment for the item has been completed.
  3. Please make sure that the items you have already paid for have not expired.
