MediBang Pro's Export MenuThere is a chance that static electricity could be the cause of your lines skipping on the iPad.
Try the below methods for resolving the issue
- Remove the charging cord
- Remove the iPad cover iPad
- Remove any protective screens/films from the iPad
- Move away from nearby electronic devices
- Turn off the iPad, wait a few minutes, and restart the device
If the above methods do not fix your lines skipping, there could be a problem with the iPad itself.

If your iPhone or iPad is running slow- The "use pen pressure" setting is disabled.
- Palm rejection is disabled.
- You have not selected text layers.
- You are not using faint colors on bit layers.
- You did not accidentally select the Eraser tool.
- You are have not accidentally switched from the primary color or secondary color to the transparent color.

Please check that the email address you entered as the login is correct and without any capitalization errors. It is unfortunately not possible to transfer the Premium plan to other accounts.If you purchased the premium subscription on MediBang Paint for Android or iOS (iPhone, iPad):
