You can move brushes up and down by clicking the ↑↓ icon in the upper right corner of the "Set" tab.

Please watch a video ad for each material and each font respectively to use them for free.

You can search by category by clicking the filter icon in the upper right corner of the "Brush" tab.

Click the "+" next to each brush to store the brush in the "Set" tab.

There may be a problem with your network connection. Please check your connection status.

Click the Options Menu (the gear icon) in the upper left corner of the canvas and select "Export." From there, select "PSD for Print(CMYK)" to export your canvas as a CMYK PSD file.

Also, when you want to create CMYK files, we recommend you ensure "CMYK Display" is turned on before you begin drawing to ensure color consistency. You can turn CMYK on from the "Canvas Setting" menu under Canvas in the Options Menu.

To delete an existing comic frame, tap on a frame while the Comic Frame tool is selected and select "Delete." This will erase only the single, selected frame.

To draw a circular border, you have to use the "Draw Border" function in the Select Tool.

Select "Ellipse" in the Select Tool, turn on "Keep Aspect Ratio" and click "Draw Border." After, you can adjust the size of the Selection Border to create a perfect circle.

You can export your work for grayscale printing using the option PSD for Print (Grayscale) or PSD for Print (Duotone) located in Export under the Options Menu.

There is a chance that static electricity could be the cause of your lines skipping on the iPad.

Try the below methods for resolving the issue

• Remove the charging cord
• Remove the iPad cover iPad
• Remove any protective screens/films from the iPad
• Move away from nearby electronic devices
• Turn off the iPad, wait a few minutes, and restart the device

If the above methods do not fix your lines skipping, there could be a problem with the iPad itself.

Try restarting MediBang Pro, and if that doesn't fix the problem please consult Apple's official support site.

If your iPhone or iPad is running slow

Unfortunately, the content of ads is not something that MediBang Inc can directly control. We encourage you to report ads with offensive content by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the ad. All reported ads will be handled with by the advertisement service, and we appreciate your cooperation. 

Due to Google's recent policy change, access to Google Drive from third-party applications has been blocked. We are working to resolve this issue, but cannot say for certain when there will be a fix available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

While MediBang Paint is a lightweight software, there are still certain circumstances under which it will slow down. If you use a large size for your canvas, have many layers on your file, use a high Correction setting for your brushwork, or do not have enough storage space on your device, sometimes the app will lag. Putting a heavy load on your device can sometimes cause the application to crash. Please keep this in mind while working. 

When it comes to the mobile (Android/iOS) versions of MediBang Paint, if the data is not stored on a cloud service, any local files will be deleted when the application is uninstalled. Files that were stored in the cloud will automatically sync upon logging into your MediBang Paint account, but there is no way of restoring local files that have been deleted. Please take note of where you have saved your work before uninstalling MediBang Paint for any reason.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using the My Gallery function. To start with the troubelshooting, please open the iOS Files app on your iPhone or iPad. Click "On My iPhone/iPad" select the "MediBang Paint" folder, proceed to "local_save" and you will find all the mdp files that are stored under "My Gallery". Please temporarily transfer these mdp files in "local_save" to another folder of your choosing, and try opening the app once more.   If the application no longer crashes, a corrupted mdp file may have been the source of the error.  If you move the uncorrupted mdp files back to the previous "local_save" folder, you will once again be able to access the files normally.  Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please check the following settings.

• The "use pen pressure" setting is disabled.
• Palm rejection is disabled.
• You have not selected text layers.
• You are not using faint colors on bit layers.
• You did not accidentally select the Eraser tool.
• You are have not accidentally switched from the primary color or secondary color to the transparent color.

If after checking the above settings you still cannot make any marks on your canvas, please Contact Us.

MediBang Premium monthly plans are not automatically canceled when you delete your MediBang account. If you subscribed to the monthly plan from either the Google Play or App Store, you will still need to cancel it within the respective stores even after deleting your MediBang Account.  Please visit the following link to learn more. There are 2 possible causes as to why you can't log in. 

You entered an incorrect password

Please check that you have entered your password correctly and without case errors. If the problem still persists, try resetting your password. To reset your password, click here. Enter the email registered to your MediBang account, fill out the Captcha, and click the Send button. An email with the URL to the password reset page will be sent to the email address you entered.Visit the link and you can enter a new password to use with your account.

You entered an incorrect email address

Please check that the email address you entered as the login is correct and without any capitalization errors. For example, if the email address you used to register is "xxxxx@xxxxxx", you won't be able to receive the email if you enter it as "Xxxxx@xxxxxx" If you still cannot access your account, please contact us here.

In principle, it is not possible for our company to process this kind of deletion procedure at the request of our users. The reason is because our administration doesn't have the means to verify whether the deletion request comes from the user themself. We cannot delete anyones account without the means of verifying their identity.  However, if you still wish to delete your MediBang account, please proceed to the Withdraw page. Prior to proceeding, we recommend that you confirm all of the listed items on the Withdraw page and understand that you cannot restore your MediBang account after it has been deleted.  

Yes, you can publish/sell your work created on MediBang using any of our company's tools with no legal issue. There is no problem with publishing/selling work created with materials/brushes provided by MediBang for both personal/commercial use. Please feel free to use them to your heart's content and do not worry about asking for our permission. Enjoy creating!

To change your MediBang Premium plan from monthly to annual, you must purchase the annual subscription on our website and then cancel your current monthly plan in the App Stores. You will need to sign in to your account via a browser to make a purchase on our website. If you paid for your Premium subscription via the MediBang website:

It is unfortunately not possible to transfer the Premium plan to other accounts.

If you purchased the premium subscription on MediBang Paint for Android or iOS (iPhone, iPad):

Then via the Google Play/App Store, please log in to the app you purchased the subscription with while using the account you want to switch to and then proceed with restoring your purchased items. You can restore purchased items from home screen of MediBang Paint app. Look for "Restore purchased items" or "Verify Current Plan" on the sidebar, tap it, and then select "Verify your MediBang Premium Status."

"Signed up on other platforms" means that you originally signed up for MediBang Premium on a different version of the application than the one you are currently using. For example:

• If you signed up on the iPad app, but are using it for iPhone.
• If you signed up on the Android version of MediBang Paint, but are now using the iPad app.
• If you initially bought the annual subscription on our site, but are using the app for Android/iPad, etc.

  Your MediBang Premium subscription allows you unlimited use of the service across unlimited devices, so there will be no problem with cross-saving. MediBang Premium is designed to make it easy for you to work at home or on the go.

Refund policies vary depending on the platform you purchased MediBang Premium from. We do not offer refunds for payments made via our official website. If you paid through an app service, then you will need to request a refund from the respective store.

Even if you don't have a credit card, it is possible to pay for MediBang Premium. You can use Google Play Store gift cards and Apple gift cards to sign up for MediBang Premium on the Android and iOS versions of the MediBang Paint application. Your MediBang account easily syncs across any device you own. No matter which version of the app (PC, Android, iPhone, or iPad) you sign up for MediBang Premium on, you can access Premium services on any device where you are logged in to your MediBang account on.  Even if you sign up for the service via the App Store on your iPhone, so long as you sign in to your account on the PC version of MediBang Paint, you can use all the Premium features to your heart's content! 

The Creative Plan is a limited product on Amazon Appstore and it's different from MediBang Premium. In addition to the features of the Creative Plan in the Amazon store, MediBang Premium has more features such as the cloud storage upgrade and unlimited use of premium brushes and materials. If you wish to change your subscription from Creative Plan to MediBang Premium, you'll need to cancel your Creative Plan subscription and sign up for MediBang Premium. When you exceed the storage limit of your MediBang Premium subscription, the data opened within the MediBang Paint application will be in PNG format. The layers of the original file data have not been permanently merged and will be converted back to the original MDP format after you increase your cloud storage within MediBang Premium. 

We recommend the high capacity plan. You are currently subscribed to the other plan, so you will be charged the difference. You will also need to log in to make a payment. You can change to other plans during the period of the plan you are currently subscribed to. If you have made your payment on the web, when you upgrade the plan, you will be charged the difference calculated from the amount already paid and the remaining period and fee of the upgraded plan. If you downgrade your plan, we will not refund the difference and you will be treated as a continuing subscriber and the downgraded plan will be applied when the current plan expires.   If you are paying through the App Store or Google Play Store, the price calculation is done by each store, so please contact them.
