Customizable shortcuts added

In this update customizabe shortcuts were added. Brushes and pallets can now be synced to user’s accounts.

Now users can customize their shortcuts to what they might be more familiar with in other painting software.

Brushes and pallets can be synced to accounts so users users don’t have to adjust them everytime they switch computers.
