I want to delete my MediBang account. If I submit a request, can you do it for me?

In principle, it is not possible for our company to process this kind of deletion procedure at the request of our users.

The reason is because our administration doesn’t have the means to verify whether the deletion request comes from the user themself. We cannot delete anyones account without the means of verifying their identity. 

However, if you still wish to delete your MediBang account, please proceed to the Withdraw page.

Prior to proceeding, we recommend that you confirm all of the listed items on the Withdraw page and understand that you cannot restore your MediBang account after it has been deleted.
