The Gradient tool is a tool that allows you to fill the canvas with a color whose saturation, brightness, or density changes gradually from one side to the other.
Let’s try using the Gradient tool.
Tap the icon on the toolbar to activate the Gradient tool.
Tap on the layer on which you want to draw the gradient.
Tap and hold the canvas and drag in the direction you want to add the gradient.
Let’s see what you can do with the options in the sub toolbar.
This option allows you to add a gradient in one direction.
Tap the icon in the sub toolbar to switch to the linear shape setting.
*This option is enabled by default.
You can add gradients from the center outwards.
Tap the iconin the sub toolbar to switch to the circular shape setting.
You can add gradients with foreground and background colors.
Tap the icon to switch to the Foreground-Background type.
You can add gradients using a foreground color.
Tap the icon to switch to the Foreground-Transparent type.
