Set the width and height of the canvas. It can be specified in units of [px] [cm] and [inch].
Paper Size
Select the preset paper size from the menu. The size selected here will be reflected in the width and height settings.
Resolution
Set the DPI of the image from 1 to 2400.
Background Color
Select Color or Transparent. If selecting Color, you can specify the background color of the canvas by clicking the box next to the menu to pull up a Color Window.
Select your preferred color and click “OK”. The background color of the canvas can be changed at any time by clicking “Display” → “Background Color” from the menu.
Initial Layer
You can select the first layer type at the time of canvas creation. Color Layer is the default setting.
History
Find previously used canvas settings here.
Delete History
Delete your canvas setting history.
RGB and CMYK Profile
Specify the RGB profile to be used with the color management function. For details, refer to “color management settings”.
New Image (Comic)
Template
Select a comic size standard preset from the pulldown menu.
Manuscript Size
Specify the size of the canvas.
If you select “Do not add a margin outside the bleed line” then the size of “outer frame + bleed” will automatically be set as the canvas size.
Resolution
Set the DPI of the image from 1 to 2400.
Background Color
Choose the background color from transparent or white.
Finish Line (Bookbinding):
Set the width and height of the frame of “Comic Guide”
Safe Line
Set the width and height of the inner frame of “Comic Guide”
Bleed
Set the width of the bleed
Frame Width
Set the default line width of “Panel Material”.
Spread/Cover Page
If you check this box, the “Comic Guide” will be created as a spread state, the canvas size will be adjusted accordingly.
Spine Width
If you check “Spread/Cover Page”, you will be able to select the spine width. The value specified will be reflected in the canvas size.
