We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble using the My Gallery function.
To start with the troubelshooting, please open the iOS Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
Click “On My iPhone/iPad” select the “MediBang Paint” folder, proceed to “local_save” and you will find all the mdp files that are stored under “My Gallery”.
Please temporarily transfer these mdp files in “local_save” to another folder of your choosing, and try opening the app once more.
If the application no longer crashes, a corrupted mdp file may have been the source of the error.
If you move the uncorrupted mdp files back to the previous “local_save” folder, you will once again be able to access the files normally.
