If you signed up via web:
On the User Information page, you can cancel the auto-renewal by selecting ‘Cancel’ under ‘End Date’ in the ‘The Current Active Plan’ section *You will still be able to use the MediBang Premium features until the end date even if you stop the auto-renewal.
※Even if you cancel the auto-renewal, you will still have access to all of MediBang Premium’s features until the ‘End Date’ listed on your account.

※If you purchased a MediBang Premium subscription using WebMoney or AliPay, there is no auto-renewal in those cases, so no cancellation procedures are required.
