If you are unable to log in to your MediBang account, the following are possible causes

(1) You have the wrong account to log in.

(2)You are trying to log in with your email address and password, even though you normally use SNS login.

(3) You have mistaken the case of your e-mail address.

If you have multiple accounts, you may have entered the password for another account.
Please try logging in with the email address and password that you may have used for registration, or with your SNS connection on the login screen.

If you have created an account using SNS integration, your password has not been set.
If you want to log in with your email address, you must first set a password.
You can change your MediBang account settings on the ART street website.
To change your account settings, please login to ART street and set your password on the settings page.

After setting your password, you can log in from the application with your email address.

(3) You have mistaken the case of your e-mail address.

MediBang’s services are case-sensitive.

For example, if the email address set for your registration is
“m[email protected]“, then
“M[email protected]” will not be able to receive the email.
